The Inbox page contains 4 tabs that classify incoming and outgoing documents:

Inbox: Contains documents that need to be made and documents complete procedures, where the user is part of the recipients in the (to) field within the document
pending : It contains documents that need user action
Sent: contains documents created by the user or that he has taken action on them
The draft contains documents that have been saved as draft

You can view the details of the document on the tab by clicking the Details button at the end of each row in the table, as in the following image:

Inbox contains mail that needs actions to be taken by the user, and completed mail procedures which the user is defined as a receiver

When you click on the document inside the Inbox, the system will redirect you to the Document View page as shown in the following image:

The following example shows a document that requires the signature to complete the procedure. To sign the document, follow the steps as in the pictures:

click the Sign button as in the following image, the system will insert your signature on the document

After inserting the signature as in the previous image, click the Save button to confirm the signature of the document:

If you are the only signer of the document, the system will send the document to the recipients. If you are one of the signatories, the rest of the signatories will wait until the document is signed and then send the document to all recipients.

You can not cancel the signature after pressing the Save button

The system creates an electronic signature synonymous with the signature listed on the document. This signature is an electronic signature to document this document as a reference in cases where the document is validated as in the following picture
